Where are Icebox Ice Cream Cakes made? 

Our cakes are all handmade in a shared kitchen on Queen Anne, in Seattle, WA.

Where are Icebox Ice Cream Cakes sold? 

Our cakes are sold at all Molly Moon’s Ice Cream locations in Seattle, WA (check out the “find us here” tab for specific locations). You can also purchase them online here and have them delivered right to your door!

What is the best way to cut and serve the ice cream cakes? 

We recommend taking the whole cake out of the freezer and letting it thaw for 10-15 minutes. Then run your knife under hot water and cut the cake into slices. You may want to let those slices thaw for another 5-10 minutes after cutting for the perfect texture. 

How long do Icebox Ice Cream Cakes last? 

Our ice cream cakes are best eaten within the first three weeks of making them, but can last up to 8 weeks if wrapped tightly and kept in the freezer. 

Do you make a gluten-free ice cream cake? 

We currently do not make any gluten-free ice cream cakes, but we are working on it! Stay tuned! 

Do you make a dairy-free ice cream cake? 

We currently do not make any dairy-free ice cream cakes, but we are working on it! Stay tuned! 

Will you have more ice cream cake flavors coming? 

We will! We are working on launching 2-3 more flavors in Spring 2019. We also hope to have special seasonal flavors starting before Summer 2019.

Can you have a special message written on a cake? 

Yes! We will happily write a message on your cake for a charge of $5.00. Order online here, select “Yes Please!” in the ‘Custom Message?’ drop down and we will deliver a cake to your door. 

Do you do custom flavors? 

We do not do custom flavors at this time.
